Annual Subscriptions
- For users who have subscribed to our annual plan, if you are not satisfied with your experience within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After the 30-day period, refunds will not be issued for any remaining months of your subscription. 

2. Pay-Per-View Content

- All pay-per-view purchases are final. Once you have purchased access to a specific video or event, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you have watched the content or not.

3. Promotions and Discounted Rates

- Subscription fees paid during promotional periods or discounted rates are also non-refundable after the promotional term has ended or once the content has been accessed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:

- Failure to read or understand our terms and conditions prior to subscribing.
- Technical issues that are not caused by our platform.
- Change of mind after accessing the content.
