Retired Police Lieutenant Exposes Secret Sharia Enclave Operating in Texas for Over a Decade!

• Retired Plano Police Lieutenant Douglas Deaton testified that the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) has been running a Sharia-compliant enclave in Plano, Texas, for 12 years, consisting of 74 homes, a mega-mosque, Islamic schools, a medical clinic, and businesses, all exclusively for EPIC-affiliated Muslims.

• They also have an office for the Islamic Financing Institution called the UIF Corporation.
—— The UIF is not a bank, it’s a Michigan based corporation who publicly states their purpose is to engage in financial transactions that are SHARIA compliant.

- Deaton highlighted a fortress-like residence built right next to the Plano Police Academy, owned by an EPIC leader tied to the Yaqeen Institute (a group advocating Sharia in the West), raising security risks due to its proximity to police tactical assets.

- Deaton accused local and state officials of ignoring the Plano enclave’s operations since 2013, suggesting fear of political backlash prevented action, even as Texas launches investigations into EPIC City.

• EPIC is now planning "EPIC City," a 402-acre development 40 minutes from Plano, featuring over 1,000 homes, a mega-mosque, an Islamic school, retail centers, and senior housing, designed as a larger, self-contained Sharia-based community.

- Following Deaton’s testimony at a Collin County Commissioners Court hearing, Texas state officials, including the Texas Rangers, have initiated multiple probes into EPIC City’s developers amid growing public outrage.
